Yes, Dream Valley Friday 25th August 2023 is a 18+ event, and valid photographic ID is required upon entry. Suitable forms of valid photographic ID include your passport, driver’s licence and any official photographic ID. Photocopies are not acceptable.
Gates close at 17:30pm. Please make sure you’re onsite in advance of these times in case of queues. Event organiser reserves the right to amend the gate closing time.
There is no re-admission to Dream Valley after entry. Please plan ahead, once you’re in, you’re in!
We will not allow large bags, suitcases or luggage into the event but you will be permitted to take small bags and handbags in with you. We class small bags as no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm or standard handbags. Please avoid bringing rucksacks or bags with multiple compartments where possible as it may delay your entry while they are searched.
Seats and chairs of any kind not permitted into the event. This includes seat sticks and inflatable seats.
No food or drink is permitted to be brought into Dream Valley (With the exception of water in unopened plastic containers of up to 500ml). There are a wide variety of bars and food traders open throughout the event, as well as free water points.

Our team is on hand to provide any help and information you need. They are also responsible for making sure the venue operates in accordance with the law. Please pay attention to our team and follow their instructions. Please plan ahead and think about the safest way to travel.
You can reduce the risks from COVID-19 by getting regular tests. You can get free rapid tests from GOV.UK. Please consider testing regularly and testing before you attend.
We have a number of bars onsite selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Dream Valley operates the ‘Challenge 25’ policy. If you look under 25 please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age when you buy alcohol. Please bring proof of ID to show you are over 18.
We accept the following forms of Identification:
• Current UK Passport
• Current Driver’s License or Provisional License
Please enjoy alcohol responsibly.
Do not buy alcohol for persons under the age of 18, if you do you risk being ejected from the event.
No food or drink of any description is permitted into the festival.
There is a variety of food stalls onsite offering a wide range of food including vegetarian and vegan options. There will be a table service selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You must be over 18 years of age to purchase alcohol.

If you lose something at Dream Valley 2023 please inform a member of staff or security to reclaim anything that has been found.
After the event, you will need to email info@dreamvalley.uk on any found items. Collection is by appointment only, please wait until you have confirmation that we have your item, before coming to collect.
PLEASE NOTE – items will only be kept 2 weeks after the event when they will then be given to local charities.
If anyone has a concern about any photography/filming taking place at the Festival then contact the Festival organiser who will be pleased to discuss this matter with you.
By entering our event, you give consent to being photographed or videoed for promotional use for Dream Valley or any associated festival.
All customers, guests, artists and freelancers are permitted to take content within our festival site. All content published online can be used by Dream Valley for marketing and promotional purposes.

Purchase of a ticket signifies your agreement to our terms and conditions listed below:
E-Tickets are unique to each attendee & duplicate tickets will be refused.
Valid photographic ID is required upon entry to verify your E-Ticket and age. Suitable forms of valid photographic ID include your passport, driver’s licence and any official photographic ID. Photocopies are not acceptable.
Please adhere to the door opening and closing times (tickets will not be valid prior to or after these times).
E-Tickets cannot be resold. Anyone found to be reselling their ticket will have their tickets cancelled.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission & the Event Organiser accepts no responsibility for lost/stolen/damaged E-Tickets.
Any person attempting to enter the Event under the influence of drugs/ alcohol/ legal highs will be refused entry.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to conduct security searches from time to time, and to refuse admission to the ticket holder, or eject the ticket holder from the Event should the holder refuse to comply with such security searches without a refund. The Event Organiser reserves the right to confiscate any item, which in the reasonable opinion of the Event Organiser, may cause danger or disruption to any other persons at the Event or is one of the items not permitted in the venue as listed on the Event website.
The Event Organiser reserves the right to perform health screening measures upon entry and during the Event (temperature checks, health/travel questions) and to refuse admission to the ticket holder if, in the reasonable opinion of the Event Organiser, may cause danger or disruption to any other persons at the Event.
All attendees must comply with all Government requirements and guidance regarding COVID-19.
All Tickets are non-refundable. Refunds are only considered in the event of a significant cancellation or substantial alteration and are the sole discretion of the Event Organiser. In the event of cancellation, only face value of the E-Ticket (not the booking fee and/or additional fees) will be fully refunded, and you must claim your refund within the timeframe set out by the Event Organiser.
The organiser reserves the right to change the artist bill without prior notification and no refunds will be processed due to artist bill change /cancellation.

Driving
If you are planning to drive to the events, you MUST you one of our official dedicated park and ride facilities. Details of our park and ride locations will be announced closer to the event date. Restrictions and parking enforcement will be in place on roads surrounding the venue and if you park illegally your vehicle will be ticketed and may be towed.
We STRONGLY advise travel by public transport, from London use our cheap and easy Shuttle Bus service from North Greenwich.

All ticket-holding guests are able to obtain a carer ticket when they present proof of purchased tickets along with one of the following forms of documentation at Admissions:
– Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance letter of award
– Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded Incapacity Benefit or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
– A valid Blue Badge
– In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)
– A local authority registration document which is local to the attraction where it is being submitted
– A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card
– Credibility’s Access Card
